We have been USDA Certified Organic since 2005 and were GAP Certified for 5 years. Our produce list is as follows

    At our farm, we utilize two Organic High Tunnel Green Houses to grow most of our produce and greens year round. We also have a hydroponic system for growing large quantities of our organic micro-greens and shoots.  We are very excited to have this system to be able to produce our micro-greens and shoots in large volumes for our customers in an innovative way utilizing LED lighting and temperature controlled environments for year round production. All products are hand-picked and packaged daily, fresh with-in 24hours of ordering. For most of our partners and chefs, we do "Seed Selection" at the beginning of the planting season. If we can grow it, we will.
